Acceptance

By accessing www.0ptionality.com, joining the Optionality Discord server or holding a Pro membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the server.

Membership and access

The Discord server is free to join. Pro membership unlocks additional channels and is purchased and managed at 0ptions.com. Access to Pro channels is granted by Discord role and depends on you linking your Discord account to your subscription.

Membership is personal to you. Sharing credentials, redistributing alerts, or reposting Pro content outside the server may result in removal without refund.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

All premium membership plans are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically — Pro Monthly every month and Pro Annual every year — until cancelled. It is the sole responsibility of the member to cancel before the next renewal date if they do not wish to continue. You may cancel at any time at 0ptions.com/login under Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then.

All sales are final. Optionality does not offer refunds under any circumstances — the refunds section below sets this out in full.

All sales are final. Optionality does not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, without limitation: a change of mind, dissatisfaction with content or results, partial or unused membership periods, a failure to cancel before a renewal date, and access issues caused by an incomplete Discord link. A failure to cancel is not grounds for a refund.

No refunds are issued for unused time, and unused membership value cannot be applied toward, transferred to, or credited against any subsequent or separate purchase. Where compensation is owed for a service issue on Optionality’s side, the sole form of compensation is an extension of the affected membership by an equivalent number of days — never cash, store credit or account credit.

Acceptable use

Do not harass other members, promote other paid services, post financial advice as though it came from Optionality, or share content from the Pro channels publicly. Optionality may remove any member from the server at its discretion, including for conduct that puts the community or the brand at risk.

Intellectual property

The Optionality name, the theta mark, this site's design and all published content remain the property of Optionality and its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optionality is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the server or any linked service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the website, the Discord server or a Pro membership, are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any such dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived or limited under applicable law.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected in the last-updated date at the top of this page, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
