What we collect

Optionality only handles the information needed to run memberships and grant Discord access. In practice that means two things: subscription details processed through the membership platform at 0ptions.com, and your Discord account identifier, used to grant and verify the paid role in the server.

The website itself collects standard analytics through GA4 — pages viewed, approximate location and device type — in aggregate.

How it is used

Your information is used solely to operate the membership and the community: to grant access, to verify your role, to respond to support requests, and to send service messages about your subscription. It is not sold, rented or traded.

Third parties

Payment processing is handled by Stripe through the membership platform at 0ptions.com, which also manages accounts. Community access runs on Discord. Trade tracking runs on Sinux Signals. Each processes data under its own policy, and you should read theirs alongside this one.

Analytics and advertising

This website uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and Meta Pixel to measure whether advertising works. Both set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and record events such as a page view or a click on a join link. Neither is used to identify you personally, and neither receives your payment details.

You can opt out through your browser settings, an ad blocker, or the ad-preference controls Google and Meta provide. Blocking them does not affect your access to the site, the Discord server or a Pro membership.

Retention and deletion

Subscription records are retained as long as the membership is active and for as long afterwards as is required for accounting and legal purposes. To request deletion, email optionalityhq@gmail.com from the address on your subscription and the request will be actioned on the membership platform.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for analytics and for remembering basic preferences. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by Optionality. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any content on the site.
