Support — refunds and cancellation.
The Optionality policies in plain language. All sales are final and refunds are not offered under any circumstances; cancellation is self-service at any time and takes effect at the end of the billing period.

Refunds
All sales are final. Optionality does not offer refunds under any circumstances — monthly and annual memberships alike, including partial periods, unused time, change of mind, dissatisfaction with content or results, and renewals you forgot to cancel. Failure to cancel before a renewal date is not grounds for a refund. Please read this page and try the free Discord before upgrading — there is no exception process, and support cannot grant one.
Billing and payments
All plans are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe through the member app at 0ptions.com — Optionality never sees or stores your card details. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next renewal date; a missed cancellation is not grounds for a refund.
Cancellation
Cancelling is your own responsibility and can be done at any time from the member app. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for:
- Log in at 0ptions.com/login
- Open Subscriptions
- Choose Cancel — access continues until the end of the paid period
Privacy and your data
Optionality only handles the information needed to run memberships and grant Discord access: subscription details through its membership platform, and your Discord account for server access, used solely to operate the community. Deletion requests go to optionalityhq@gmail.com and are actioned on the membership platform.
Getting help
Open a support ticket in the Discord server or email optionalityhq@gmail.com. Include your Discord username and the email address on the subscription — with both, most issues are resolved in a single reply. Support cannot give trading advice, position sizing guidance, or opinions on individual trades.
