Optionality FAQ — the whole list.
Everything members ask before joining and after upgrading: what Optionality is, what Pro costs, how Discord linking works, what is in an alert, and the policies on refunds, credits and cancellation.

Getting started
Optionality is an options, day trading, swing trading and futures community that operates through Discord. A free server is open to anyone, and a paid Pro membership unlocks the premium alert channels across all four desks. Calls are posted live by named analysts and managed in the open until they close.
Yes. The Optionality Discord is free and open to anyone, with no card required. The free server includes community channels, general market discussion, daily context and education. Pro is optional and unlocks the premium alert channels, analyst Q&A and the Sinux Signals dashboard.
No. The free server is built for beginners as much as experienced traders — the education channels and glossary explain the terminology used in the alerts. Beginners should paper trade first and treat everything on the site and in the server as education, not advice.
Pick by schedule, not ambition. If you can watch the market during the session, start with the day or options desk. If you work through market hours, start with swing, which posts setups before they trigger. If you want exposure outside the cash session, look at futures. Pro includes all four, so you can switch freely.
Membership & billing
Pro Monthly starts with a $1 seven-day trial, which converts automatically to $50 per month unless you cancel before the trial ends. Pro Annual is $450 per year, which works out at $37.50 a month. Both unlock exactly the same channels. All billing is handled at 0ptions.com/upgrade, with payments processed by Stripe.
Pro unlocks the premium channels on all four desks: options, day trading, swing and futures. Members receive live entries with trims and exits posted in-thread, analyst Q&A, trade breakdowns, and access to the Sinux Signals dashboard with live P&L on every open position.
Cancellation is self-service and available at any time. Log in at 0ptions.com/login, open Subscriptions and choose Cancel. If you are on the $1 trial and do not want to continue, cancel before the seven days are up — it converts to $50 per month automatically, and a missed cancellation is not refundable. If anything is unclear, open a support ticket or email optionalityhq@gmail.com.
No. All sales are final and Optionality does not offer refunds under any circumstances — including partial periods, unused time and renewals you forgot to cancel. There are no credits, rollovers or exceptions, and support cannot grant one. Cancelling simply stops the next renewal.
Access & Discord
After upgrading, log in at 0ptions.com/login, open Manage Profile, click the three dots at top right, choose Integrations, then select Discord and authorise the account you actually use in the Optionality server. Pro channels unlock automatically once the link completes.
Almost always the Discord link step has not completed. Log back in, open Integrations and connect Discord. If the role is applied but channels remain hidden, fully quit and reopen Discord — the client caches roles until it restarts.
Sign out of Discord in your browser, sign back in as the account that is actually in the Optionality server, then repeat the Integrations step. If the role stays on the wrong profile, email optionalityhq@gmail.com with both usernames.
The desks & alerts
Every alert names the instrument in full, an entry range rather than a single price, the stated position size, and the analyst and timestamp. The position is then managed in the open — trims, adds and exits are posted in the same thread until it closes.
It varies with the tape. Quiet sessions produce fewer calls, and the desks do not manufacture setups to look busy. Across the four desks there is activity every market day, but no analyst is required to hit a quota.
No. Optionality does not publish win rates or performance claims. Calls are tracked in the open on the Sinux Signals dashboard so members can see positions as they run, but that is a tracking tool — not an audited track record, and not a promise of results.
Sinux Signals
Sinux Signals is the member trade-tracking dashboard. When an analyst posts a call, you get one clean push notification; tapping it opens the full trade with live P&L on every open position. It installs to your home screen and is included with Pro.
Access is gated by Discord role. You sign in to the dashboard with Discord and are admitted if you hold the paid role in the Optionality server. There is no separate account or password to manage.
